1/2 kilos beefsteak
2 oranges, (its juice)
1 1/2 limes, (its juice)
1/2 onions, chopped
vegetable oil
salt

Finely chop the onion into small squares and fry it in enough oil to fry the meat.
When the onion is translucent, sprinkle salt on both sides of the meat one by one and start integrating it with the translucent onion.
Once all the meat is integrated, pour in the juice of two oranges along with that of one lemon.
The meat should be left to cook for a while until all the juice is dried up.
Once well cooked, remove from heat.
