A delicious beef fillet, with an Italian touch of Parmesan cheese.

450 grams potato
670 grams button mushrooms
1/2 cups parsley, chopped
4 beef, (100 g each)
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
4 pinches salt
2 pinches pepper
Preparation

Slice the mushrooms and cube the potatoes.
Place them on the heat on a griddle.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Stir constantly until they turn golden brown.
Season the pieces of meat with salt and pepper and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Place on a grill and cook on both sides until reaching the desired doneness.
Serve the meat accompanied by the potatoes and mushrooms.
