Parmesan Beef

A delicious beef fillet, with an Italian touch of Parmesan cheese.

  • 450 grams potato
  • 670 grams button mushrooms
  • 1/2 cups parsley, chopped
  • 4 beef, (100 g each)
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches pepper

  • Slice the mushrooms and cube the potatoes.
  • Place them on the heat on a griddle.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir constantly until they turn golden brown.
  • Season the pieces of meat with salt and pepper and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Place on a grill and cook on both sides until reaching the desired doneness.
  • Serve the meat accompanied by the potatoes and mushrooms.
