6 serrano chiles, pico de picho chili

1/4 cabbages, chopped and disinfected
6 radishes, sliced, washed, and disinfected

Wash the tomatoes and chop them into small cubes, along with the onion and the chilies in thin slices.
In a saucepan, add the necessary oil to fry the chopped ingredients and add salt.
Once seasoned, add the chicharrón to the tomatoes and add a bit of water. Once it is tender, turn it off.
Assemble the chicharrón tacos and top them with cabbage and radishes.
