Chicharrón Tacos Mexican Style

  • 1/4 pork rinds, mashed
  • 4 tomatillos
  • 1/2 onions
  • 6 serrano chiles, pico de picho chili
  • salt
  • 18 tortillas
  • 1/4 cabbages, chopped and disinfected
  • 6 radishes, sliced, washed, and disinfected
  • vegetable oil

  • Wash the tomatoes and chop them into small cubes, along with the onion and the chilies in thin slices.
  • In a saucepan, add the necessary oil to fry the chopped ingredients and add salt.
  • Once seasoned, add the chicharrón to the tomatoes and add a bit of water. Once it is tender, turn it off.
  • Assemble the chicharrón tacos and top them with cabbage and radishes.
