1/2 kilos pork rinds, pressed
5 serrano chiles
1/2 liters water
1 garlic
1 piece onion, small

Heat water in a pot, add the chiles, and let it boil.
In a blender, add the peeled garlic, onion, cooked chiles, and a little of the water used for cooking.
In a skillet, fry the pressed pork cracklings for about 8 minutes, removing excess fat during cooking.
Add the generated sauce to our pork cracklings and stir. Let it season for 4 minutes.
Serve.
