Pressed Pork Cracklings with Green Sauce

  • 1/2 kilos pork rinds, pressed
  • 5 serrano chiles
  • 1/2 liters water
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 piece onion, small

  • Heat water in a pot, add the chiles, and let it boil.
  • In a blender, add the peeled garlic, onion, cooked chiles, and a little of the water used for cooking.
  • In a skillet, fry the pressed pork cracklings for about 8 minutes, removing excess fat during cooking.
  • Add the generated sauce to our pork cracklings and stir. Let it season for 4 minutes.
  • Serve.
