  • 2 packages Proan® pork fillet
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cumin

  • Use a food processor to grind the Proan® pork jowl and Proan® pork loin. Then, add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to the chorizo meat mixture.
