Potato and Chorizo Flautas

Flautas are a dish that can be made with many different fillings. These are filled with potato and chorizo, which is a delicious filling!

  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 250 grams chorizo, turkey
  • 12 corn tortillas, large
  • 2 potatoes

  • Boil the potatoes in a pot with water and salt. Once they are ready, remove them, peel them, and mash them with a fork to make a puree.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Once hot, add the onion. Sauté for a while.
  • Next, add the chorizo, and once cooked, add the boiled potatoes.
  • Mix well until everything is combined.
  • Form the flautas and if necessary, secure them with a toothpick so they don’t fall apart.
  • Fry them in a pan with oil.
