Flautas are a dish that can be made with many different fillings. These are filled with potato and chorizo, which is a delicious filling!

1/4 cups olive oil
1/2 onions, finely chopped
250 grams chorizo, turkey
12 corn tortillas, large
2 potatoes

Boil the potatoes in a pot with water and salt. Once they are ready, remove them, peel them, and mash them with a fork to make a puree.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Once hot, add the onion. Sauté for a while.
Next, add the chorizo, and once cooked, add the boiled potatoes.
Mix well until everything is combined.
Form the flautas and if necessary, secure them with a toothpick so they don’t fall apart.
Fry them in a pan with oil.
