Potato and Chorizo Tacos

  • 1 package Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortilla, Butter
  • 300 grams potato
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon árbol chile
  • 300 grams chorizo
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Cook the potatoes in salted water. Peel the potatoes. Cut them into cubes.
  • Crumble the chorizo.
  • Add oil to a skillet. Sauté onion. Add chili. Place the chorizo.
  • Incorporate the potatoes. Season.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Heat the Tortillinas® Tía Rosa® on both sides.
