1 package Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortilla, Butter
300 grams potato
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1/4 onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon árbol chile
300 grams chorizo
salt
pepper
Preparation

Cook the potatoes in salted water. Peel the potatoes. Cut them into cubes.
Crumble the chorizo.
Add oil to a skillet. Sauté onion. Add chili. Place the chorizo.
Incorporate the potatoes. Season.
Cook for 5 minutes.
