Dredge the milanesa in the flour, press it with your hands, and then dip it in the egg and breadcrumbs. It is important that they are well coated on both sides. Repeat the process until all the milanesas are breaded and set aside.
Place the previously breaded milanesa in an air fryer and cook at 180° for 10 minutes, until it is nicely browned and crispy. Remove and set aside.
Place the crispy pork milanesa on a large plate, serve with mashed potatoes and lettuce, and garnish with cherry tomatoes. You will love it!
