1 kilo beefsteak, or pork
6 ancho chiles
1 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon oregano
3 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoons ground pepper
1/2 teaspoons cumin
vegetable oil
salt

Remove the seeds and roast the chiles, soak them in the orange juice.
Grind the chiles along with the orange juice and add the spices and garlic.
Strain the marinade, place the meat in a container, and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Grill the meat in a skillet and serve.
