  • 6 ancho chiles
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • vegetable oil
  • salt

  • Remove the seeds and roast the chiles, soak them in the orange juice.
  • Grind the chiles along with the orange juice and add the spices and garlic.
  • Strain the marinade, place the meat in a container, and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
