This recipe was given to me by my sister; when you don't have time to cook something very complicated but still want a lot of flavor, these tacos are ideal, as they are super simple, really easy, and delicious!
1/2 kilos pork tenderloin, or chopped pork steak for tacos
2 onions, medium fillets
2 cups pot bean, very hot
5 tomatillos, cooked
3 serrano chiles, cooked
1 clove garlic
garlic salt
ground black peppers
tortillas, taquera (from the girl)
vegetable oil
limes, to accompany

Season the meat with salt and pepper and let it rest for 1/2 hour in the fridge; in a skillet with enough hot oil, sauté the onion until it turns caramelized, then remove from heat and set aside.
Once the onion is removed. In the same skillet, add the meat, stirring constantly, letting it cook well and brown a little; when it's ready, remove from heat and set aside.
For the sauce: Blend the tomatoes, chiles, and garlic in a blender and season to taste.
Cut the limes, heat the tortillas, warm the beans, and prepare the tacos.
