Make crosswise cuts on the ham and place it on the baking tray.
Bake the ham for one hour.
In a deep bowl, combine the apricot jam and mustard.
Remove the ham from the oven and brush with the jam sauce, then return to the oven. Repeat this every 15 minutes until the jam is finished and the ham is golden and shiny (about 1 additional hour).
Remove the ham from the oven and place the pineapples on top of the ham along with some grapes secured with a toothpick.
Garnish with grapes around the plate.
