1 kilo smoked pork leg
1 cup white wine
3 cups orange juice
2 tablespoons oregano
6 garlics
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C). Mix all the ingredients except for the leg in a bowl.
Place the mixture of ingredients and the leg in a covered baking dish.
Bake for three hours and it's ready.
