  • 1/2 kilos mashed potatoes

  • 2 tubs pineapple juice, large
  • 1 dash white vinegar
  • 1 package butter
  • 1/2 kilos olives
  • 1/2 kilos plum
  • 1/2 kilos raisins
  • 1 can canned pineapple, in slices, large

  • The leg is cut large enough to roll it. Season with salt and pepper, add a little vinegar, then a layer of mashed potatoes, another of spinach, and another of mushrooms.
  • Once it's fully stuffed, roll it up and tie it with string.
  • It is covered with butter, as it is well prepared and rolled with all the ingredients already.
  • In a large aluminum tray, place the prepared leg and add the pineapple juice, plums, raisins, and pineapple slices, then cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven.
  • When we take it out of the oven, we slice it and serve it.
