Pork and Garam Masala Skewers

  • 400 grams pork, rack
  • 4 tablespoons garam masala
  • 2 yellow onion
  • 2 green bell peppers, green
  • 250 grams yogurt
  • 1 lime
  • peppermint

  • Cut the rack into thin strips of 10 cm long by 3 cm wide and marinate with garam masala and oil for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  • Cut small cubes of onion and bell pepper.
  • Soak the skewers in water to prevent them from burning during cooking.
  • Then, assemble the skewers alternating a piece of the rack with onion and bell pepper until the strip is finished (like a little snake).
  • Cook on low heat and intense coals for 10 to 15 minutes on each side.
  • Serve with a sauce made of yogurt, lemon, and mint.
