400 grams pork, rack
4 tablespoons garam masala
2 yellow onion
2 green bell peppers, green
250 grams yogurt
1 lime
peppermint

Cut the rack into thin strips of 10 cm long by 3 cm wide and marinate with garam masala and oil for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Cut small cubes of onion and bell pepper.
Soak the skewers in water to prevent them from burning during cooking.
Then, assemble the skewers alternating a piece of the rack with onion and bell pepper until the strip is finished (like a little snake).
Cook on low heat and intense coals for 10 to 15 minutes on each side.
Serve with a sauce made of yogurt, lemon, and mint.
