Pork Belly Pizza

Try this crispy and delicious pork belly pizza with refried beans, chorizo, manchego cheese, and a spicy touch thanks to the jalapeño pepper; it's perfect for satisfying your cravings!

  • 1 1/2 kilos Pork belly Proan®
  • salt
  • 2 cups refried beans
  • 2 cups chorizo, pork, fried
  • 2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Jalapeño chile, sliced
  • avocado, for garnish
  • salsa macha, for garnish

  • Cut the Proan® pork belly in half, crosswise, to have 2 pieces, and then season with salt. Set aside.
  • Place the pork belly on a tray or in the air fryer and bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
  • Add a layer of beans to the browned Proan® pork belly, then add a layer of chorizo, a layer of manchego cheese, and jalapeños to taste. Bake the pizza at 200 °C for 15 minutes or until the cheese browns.
  • Garnish the pork belly pizza with avocado slices and enjoy with salsa macha.
