BBQ Pork Chops

Enjoy this BBQ pork chop recipe, as it is easy, practical, and has a homemade sweet and sour touch from the BBQ sauce; additionally, the chops are accompanied by pineapple and baby potatoes.

  • 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar, for the BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cups raw sugar, for the BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, for the BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, for the BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder, for the BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup canned pineapple syrup, for the BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder, for the BBQ sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Inés® toasted sesame oil
  • 6 pork chops, coarse chop
  • 6 slices canned pineapple
  • chives, finely chopped, for garnish
  • new potatoes, cut in half

  • Heat the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, and pineapple syrup in a pot. Cook the BBQ sauce until it reduces and reaches a thick consistency.
  • Heat the Inés® toasted sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, cook the chops over medium heat, season with salt and pepper, then add the pineapples, baby potatoes, and BBQ sauce. Cook the BBQ pork chops on low heat for 20 minutes and adjust the seasoning.
  • Serve the BBQ pork chops on a flat plate and garnish with green onion.
