Heat the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, and pineapple syrup in a pot. Cook the BBQ sauce until it reduces and reaches a thick consistency. Heat the Inés® toasted sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, cook the chops over medium heat, season with salt and pepper, then add the pineapples, baby potatoes, and BBQ sauce. Cook the BBQ pork chops on low heat for 20 minutes and adjust the seasoning.
