  • morita chile, between 4 and 10 pieces depending on the intensity of spiciness you want
  • 1/2 liters sour cream
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • thyme
  • marjoram
  • 1 cup new potatoes, (to taste)
