1 kilo pork chops, without flattening
morita chile, between 4 and 10 pieces depending on the intensity of spiciness you want
1/2 liters sour cream
3 cloves garlic
1/2 onions
thyme
marjoram
1 cup new potatoes, (to taste)

Cook the chiles with the garlic, onion, thyme, and marjoram.
Sauté the chop.
Blend the chiles, garlic, onion, thyme, and marjoram.
Place the chops in a pot with the sauce and raw potatoes.
Cover and let cook for 20 to 25 min. Serve.
