  • 1/2 cups green bell pepper, in medium cubes
  • 1/2 cups red bell pepper, in medium cubes
  • 1/2 cups orange bell pepper, in medium cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups chorizo
  • 3 cups pork chops, fresh, diced into small cubes

  • Heat a pan over high heat with vegetable oil and cook the onion and bell peppers for 5 minutes. Then, add the chorizo, the meat, and cook for another 10 minutes; don’t forget to season with salt.
