Pork Chops in Poblano Sauce

To give a delicious touch of flavor to this recipe for pork chops in poblano sauce, we use Margarina Primavera®. It will be an easy dish that everyone at home will enjoy.   • In a skillet, add Margarina Primavera® and cook the chops on both sides. Set aside.
  • For the sauce: blend the onion, garlic, poblano strips, cream, chicken broth, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  • In a small pot, add Margarina Primavera® and cook the poblano sauce for 15 minutes.
  • Serve the chop, drizzle with the poblano sauce, and decorate with strips and yellow corn. Enjoy.
  • Serve with rice and beans.
