1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 teaspoons mustard, (can be Dijon)
3 eggs
1 cup flour
3 cups breadcrumbs
8 boneless pork chops, (flattened and boneless or steaks)
1 cup vegetable oil

Mix the cream and mustard and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Beat the eggs in a deep plate.
Put the flour in another deep plate and season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
Put the breadcrumbs in another deep plate.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
Dredge the meat in flour, covering both sides well.
Then dip in the egg and coat.
Finally, coat in the breadcrumbs until fully covered.
Repeat with all the pork chops.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Place half of the chops until browned (2 minutes on each side).
Repeat with the remaining chops.
Place on paper towels to absorb excess grease.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with lemon and mustard cream.
