6 smoked pork chops
5 tomatillos
1 cup nopal, chopped and cooked
1 bunch fresh cilantro
2 sprigs epazote
1/4 onions
2 serrano chiles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt and pepper

Fry the chops in oil and set aside.
Blend the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and serrano chili.
In a skillet with a little oil, place the chops, add the nopales, and fry for 3 minutes.
Add the blended sauce, the sprigs of epazote, and a little salt and pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes.
