Pork Loin with Beer

  • 3/4 cups Italian dressing
  • 2 pork loins
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño chile, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 beer

  • Heat 1/4 cup of the dressing in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pork loin and cook until browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet.
  • In the skillet, add the remaining 1/2 cup of dressing, onion, jalapeño, and garlic, and sauté. Incorporate the beer until it boils, return the pork loin to the skillet, and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • Serve.
