Stuffed Pork Loin

  • 1 pork loin, clean
  • 8 grams salt
  • 6 grams pepper
  • 100 grams oregano
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 15 milliliters olive oil
  • 1 green apple, diced
  • 50 grams raisins
  • 50 grams pineapple, diced
  • 1/4 cups Splenda, Calorie-Free Sweetener, Granulated

  • Stretch the loin on a tray.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the pineapple, apple, and raisins; then add salt, pepper, and SPLENDA® Calorie-Free Sweetener, Granulated.
  • Place this preparation on the pork loin and close it. Tie with kitchen twine and season with crushed garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the remaining oil to a skillet and sear the pork loin until browned.
  • Place in a baking dish and bake in the oven at 150°C for 40 minutes until well cooked.
  • Remove and transfer the juice released by the loin during cooking to a skillet, let it reduce until it becomes a thick sauce. Remove from heat.
  • Slice the loin and drizzle with the sauce.
