Cook the pork ribs for 30 minutes with water, 1/4 onion, and a clove of garlic.
Sauté the chopped onion, garlic, and add vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, and lemon juice.
Lower the temperature and thicken the mixture while stirring. Add mustard and season with salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 180° C and place the pork ribs previously coated with the sauce for about 10 minutes, remove them after the time and coat them again, and repeat this 3 more times until the sauce adheres and the ribs finish cooking.
