Cajun Style Pork Ribs

  • 1 tablespoon paprika, for the Cajun
  • 1/2 tablespoons cayenne pepper, for the Cajun
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, for the Cajun
  • 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon powder, for the Cajun
  • 1 tablespoon thyme, for the Cajun
  • 1 tablespoon salt, for the Cajun
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder, for the Cajun
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder, for the Cajun
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper, for the Cajun
  • 1 cup butter, melted, for the Cajun
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 kilo pork ribs, full rack
  • cajun seasoning, for decoration
  • potato, for accompaniment

  • Add the paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, cinnamon, thyme, salt, garlic, onion, black pepper, butter, Tabasco sauce, seasoning sauce, Worcestershire sauce, orange juice, and ketchup in a bowl. Mix very well until all ingredients are combined. Set aside.
  • Place the pork ribs in the tray of your Black and Decker® electric air fryer oven and brush with the Cajun sauce using a brush, ensuring they are well covered. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Preheat the Black and Decker® electric air fryer oven to 180 °C. Place the tray with the ribs, cover with aluminum foil, and cook for 25 minutes, then take out of the oven and remove the aluminum foil, brush the ribs again and bake for another 40 minutes at 160 °C or until golden brown on the outside and cooked on the inside.
  • Serve the Cajun style pork ribs on a board or tray, decorate with the Cajun seasoning and accompany with fries.
