3 heads garlic
7 ounces balsamic vinegar
7 ounces red wine
10 ounces ginger
sea salt
14 ounces water
2 ounces olive oil
Preparation

Blend the garlic.
Blend or grate the ginger.
Marinate the ribs with garlic and ginger. Let sit for 20 minutes in the refrigerator with the container covered.
Seal the ribs in a non-stick pan with oil.
Place the ribs in a pot.
Add the wine, balsamic vinegar, and water.
Boil covered for 30 minutes over medium heat.
