This Father's Day, treat dad to these delicious beer-glazed pork ribs. They are very juicy and have a beer marinade and a delicious glaze that makes the perfect combination. Be sure to try them!
Place the ribs in a bowl and marinate with the beer, onion, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and garlic for about 2.5 hours.
For the glaze, combine honey with soy sauce, parsley, garlic, and pepper. Reserve half of the glaze.
Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and bake for about 1 hour. Remove the aluminum foil and pour half of the glaze. Bake for another 30 minutes, basting occasionally with the glaze.
Remove from the oven and let rest for about 15 minutes. Serve with more glaze.
