Glazed Pork Ribs

This Father's Day, treat dad to these delicious beer-glazed pork ribs. They are very juicy and have a beer marinade and a delicious glaze that makes the perfect combination. Be sure to try them!

  • 800 grams pork ribs
  • 1 can beer, stout
  • 1 white onion, in pieces
  • 1/4 cups raw sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups Great Value® honey
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoons pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Place the ribs in a bowl and marinate with the beer, onion, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and garlic for about 2.5 hours.
  • For the glaze, combine honey with soy sauce, parsley, garlic, and pepper. Reserve half of the glaze.
  • Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and bake for about 1 hour. Remove the aluminum foil and pour half of the glaze. Bake for another 30 minutes, basting occasionally with the glaze.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for about 15 minutes. Serve with more glaze. Buy HERE
