2 kilos pork ribs, in large pieces
2 kilos lard, white
500 milliliters cow's milk
1 bunch aromatic herbs
2 pinches ground pepper
4 pinches sea salt
50 milliliters condensed milk
100 milliliters orange juice
150 milliliters water
Preparation

Marinate the meat with pepper, salt, herbs, and milk for 30 minutes.
Add the lard to the pot and turn on the stove.
Incorporate the meat, condensed milk, water, and orange juice.
Mix and let it cook, stirring occasionally.
After 1 hour, check the cooking of the meat and serve.
