Ribs with Barbecue Sauce in Pressure Cooker

  • 1 kilo beef rib
  • 1 onion, sliced into thick strips
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cups all-purpose wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 cups honey

  • Place the ribs and the onion in the Pressure Cooker®.
  • Mix for the sauce: the barbecue, honey, flour, and mustard; pour this over the ingredients in the pot. Cover it. Cook everything over medium heat for 1 hour.
  • Remove the ribs from the Pressure Cooker®; cover them to keep warm. Remove excess fat from the sauce; return the ribs to the sauce. Gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
