Place the ribs and the onion in the Pressure Cooker®.
Mix for the sauce: the barbecue, honey, flour, and mustard; pour this over the ingredients in the pot. Cover it. Cook everything over medium heat for 1 hour.
Remove the ribs from the Pressure Cooker®; cover them to keep warm. Remove excess fat from the sauce; return the ribs to the sauce. Gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
