Ribs with Coca

A different way to enjoy ribs with chili, with a unique and delicious flavor. Ideal for when you have unexpected guests, as it is very filling.

  • 500 grams pork ribs
  • 3 pasilla chiles, soaked and deveined
  • 1 cola, of 500 ml
  • 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lard
  • 1/4 cups water
  • salt, and pepper

  • Season the ribs with salt and pepper and parboil with water, letting it cook until all the water evaporates.
  • Add the lard and let it brown.
  • Grind the chiles with the garlic and the coke.
  • Add the blended sauce to the meat and simmer until fully cooked, adjusting the seasoning as needed.
