500 grams pork ribs
3 pasilla chiles, soaked and deveined
1 cola, of 500 ml
1/2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon lard
1/4 cups water
salt, and pepper

Season the ribs with salt and pepper and parboil with water, letting it cook until all the water evaporates.
Add the lard and let it brown.
Grind the chiles with the garlic and the coke.
Add the blended sauce to the meat and simmer until fully cooked, adjusting the seasoning as needed.
