Spicy Pork Ribs

  • 1 kilo pork ribs, clean
  • 1/4 cups raw sugar
  • 1/4 cups morita chile, powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Frank’S® Red Hot Original
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoons cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro seeds, ground
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • salt
  • pepper
  • ears corn, whole yellow, for garnish
  • coleslaw, purple, for garnish
  • potato, wedges for garnish

  • Marinate the ribs with olive oil, brown sugar, morita chili powder, pepper, and salt; cover completely and let rest for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
  • Mix Frank’s® Red Hot Original sauce with garlic, onion, ginger, paprika, cumin, cilantro seeds, and honey until fully combined. Set aside.
  • Coat the ribs completely with the sauce mixture, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 45 minutes at 220 °C.
  • Remove from the oven, take off the aluminum foil, and coat again with the sauce mixture. Bake for 15 more minutes at 220 °C.
  • Serve with yellow corn and coleslaw.
