Sausage and Puff Pastry Crown

  • 10 sausages
  • 3 eggs
  • 15 slices bacon
  • 50 grams Dijon mustard
  • 3 pinches pepper
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 100 milliliters tomato sauce
  • 20 grams chipotle chile in adobo sauce

  • Cut the sausage into quarters and wrap them with bacon. Cover with mustard and season.
  • Roll out the puff pastry, cut rectangles of 8 by 4 centimeters, and they should be 1 centimeter thick. Wrap the sausages with these strips.
