10 sausages
1 cup flour, for extending
300 grams puff pastry
2 cups vegetable oil, for frying
ketchup
American cheese
mustard
mayonnaise

On a cutting board, use a small knife to cut the sausages in a spiral shape, insert a skewer being careful not to break them.
On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of 3 mm, cut strips approximately 20 cm long.
Roll the puff pastry around the skewers in the spaces between the sausages.
Heat the oil over medium heat, fry the skewers for 3 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden. Drain on paper towels.
Serve with yellow cheese, mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup.
