  • Heat a pan over high heat, pour in the sesame oil, and sauté the pork for a few minutes, then add the soy sauce, ginger, and lime juice. Cook the dumpling filling for 10 minutes, stirring constantly until fully cooked. Dissolve the cornstarch with a little of the meat's cooking broth before adding it, waiting for the juices to thicken. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  • Open the bag of Eva® Chopped Asian Salad, separate the pouches inside, and set aside.
  • Fill a circle of wonton dough with the pork mixture and Eva® Chopped Asian Salad, leaving the edges free.
  • Brush a little water along the edges of the wonton circle with a brush and seal the dumplings by bringing the edges together, pressing with your fingertips as if pinching them. Make sure to seal the edges of the pork dumpling very well to prevent the filling from leaking out.
  • Cook the dumplings in a bamboo steamer over a bed of Eva® Chopped Asian Salad. Steam for 30 minutes; you will notice that the dumplings are ready when the moisture in the dough is lost. Remove from steam
  • Serve the pork dumplings accompanied by green onions, sesame topping, tortillas, and the dressing from the Eva® Chopped Asian Salad.
