Heat a pan over high heat, pour in the sesame oil, and sauté the pork for a few minutes, then add the soy sauce, ginger, and lime juice. Cook the dumpling filling for 10 minutes, stirring constantly until fully cooked. Dissolve the cornstarch with a little of the meat's cooking broth before adding it, waiting for the juices to thicken. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
