Tacos al Pastor
Brenda Esquivel
Deliciously authentic Mexican tacos al pastor! They are very easy to prepare; the only thing that takes time is the marinade, which lasts 4 hours, but the rest is super easy and totally worth it!

Soak the chiles in water until softened, drain them, and blend with the onion, garlic, vinegar, cloves, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Season the steaks with salt and pepper and marinate them with the previous sauce; let them rest for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Cut them into small strips and fry them in a pan with a little hot oil. When the meat is cooked, add the pineapple and mix gently; remove from heat.
