Tacos al Pastor with Pineapple

1.5 kilos pork, in breaded cutlets
1 pineapple
1 cup adobo sauce, of four chiles
1/2 kilos corn tortillas
1 cup radish, in slices

In a container, place some of the marinade, cover with a layer of breaded cutlets, then more marinade, cutlets, until finished.
Marinate in the refrigerator for one to two hours.
Peel the pineapple, cut 4 slices, and place them to grill on a low heat comal. Turn them occasionally.
The pineapple will take 30 to 45 minutes to become toasted but not overly burnt.
Remove the center of the pineapple, chop it, and set aside.
The marinated meat should be chopped before placing it in a pot with all the marinade.
Cook on low heat with the lid on. Watch that it doesn't dry out; if it does, add water. Check the cooking in about 20 minutes.
Add the chopped pineapple, stir, and let it rest for 5 minutes before turning off the heat.
Serve in tacos.
