600 grams pork loin, cut into cubes
2 yellow bell peppers, cut into cubes
2 red bell peppers, cut into cubes
1/2 pineapples, cut into cubes
1 red onion, cut into cubes
1 1/2 cups tamarind pulp, sweetened
1 chipotle chile, canned
1 tablespoon chicken bullion
5 tablespoons soy sauce
1 pinch vegetable oil

Form the skewers by inserting the meat, peppers, pineapple, and red onion onto the sticks.
In a grill or pan, add a little oil and fry the skewers on both sides until the meat is cooked.
For the sauce: Blend the pulp with the rest of the ingredients.
Serve the skewers with the sauce.
