You won't want to miss these sweet and sour pineapple habanero wings, prepared with a spice mix drenched in a spicy habanero sauce, accompanied by a creamy habanero dip.
1/2 cups Salsa Huichol® Habanero hot sauce, for the sauce
1/4 cups butter, for the sauce
1/2 cups sour cream, for the dip
1/2 cups mayonnaise, for the dip
1/2 cups cream cheese, for the dip
1/4 cups Salsa Huichol® Habanero hot sauce, for the dip
1 teaspoon garlic powder, for the dip
1 Habanero chile, finely chopped, for the dip
celery, for garnish

In a bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, flour, salt, and pepper.
On a baking tray, place the chicken wings and sprinkle with the previous mix, then bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
In a saucepan over low heat, fry the wings for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
For the sauce, in a small pot over medium heat, cook the pineapple, pineapple juice, and brown sugar for 15 minutes or until thickened, add Huichol® Habanero Sauce, cook for 10 more minutes, add butter and remove from heat. Set aside.
For the dip, mix the cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, add Huichol® Habanero Sauce, garlic powder, and habanero chili. Set aside.
In a bowl, add the wings, mix with the previous sauce and set aside.
