3 kilos hominy corn

3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

8 Poblano chiles, roasted and deveined
500 grams tomatillo, cleaned and cut into quarters
1 bunch fresh cilantro, clean and disinfected
1 bunch radish, clean and chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 lettuce, washed, disinfected, cut into strips

In a pot, cook the corn in plenty of water, salt, and a couple of bay leaves.
Blend the poblano chiles, tomatoes, and cilantro.
In a large pot, combine the broth from the chicken breasts with the green sauce and the corn. Let it boil to integrate everything.
Add the shredded chicken and serve hot, accompanied by lettuce, radishes, tostadas, oregano, and lemons.
