In a medium bowl, make the sauce by combining the jelly, vinegar, tomato puree, and 1 tablespoon of oil. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Assemble 4 skewers with 4 cubes of pork, 2 cubes of onion, and 2 cubes of apple. (Start with pork and end with apple). Season with salt and pepper and a little oil.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes.
With a spoon, baste the skewers with the sauce and turn them over, cooking for an additional 5 minutes or until the pork is well cooked. You can add more sauce while cooking.
