Pork burgers are the least common, however, the meat is delicious. To keep it juicy, it's important to give the meat a slow cooking, plus the new Maggi® Jugoso al Sartén® for Burgers will give it the ideal flavor it needs.
Mix the pork meat along with the bacon in a bowl with a silicone spatula; the fat from the bacon will help the meat soften. You can use clean hands and press, as the friction also helps to soften the meat and keep it juicier.
Using your hands, form meatballs of approximately 150 grams, flatten them to form a disc the size of the hamburger bun. You can also use a lid to shape the meat.
Take a packet of Maggi® Jugoso al Sartén® for Burgers, wrap a piece of meat with the packet and press to infuse the flavor. Place the seasoned hamburger meat in a hot skillet, cook the piece for 8 minutes on each side over medium-low heat. Remove from the skillet. Repeat until all the meat is cooked.
Assemble the burger: Place the Italian lettuce, the hamburger meat, the American cheese, the tomato, the onion, mayonnaise, and ketchup to taste on the bread. Serve with curly fries.
