Mix the pork meat along with the bacon in a bowl with a silicone spatula; the fat from the bacon will help the meat soften. You can use clean hands and press, as the friction also helps to soften the meat and keep it juicier. Using your hands, form meatballs of approximately 150 grams, flatten them to form a disc the size of the hamburger bun. You can also use a lid to shape the meat.
