Grilled pork chops accompanied by a sauce of Del Fuerte® Natural Tomato Purée with the sweet and sour flavor of tamarind, a hint of ginger, and topped with pineapple slices.
1 kilo pineapple, sliced into 1 cm wide, 5 cm long, and thick pieces

Add the butter, finely chopped garlic, and ginger to a medium pot. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, then add the pineapple chunks and continue cooking for 5 more minutes. Add the teaspoon of sugar, tamarind concentrate, and Del Fuerte® Natural Tomato Purée, stirring to dissolve well, and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Finally, add the thyme, chicken broth, mix, and let it reduce to concentrate the flavor of the sauce. Set aside.
Preheat the grill to high heat, cook the chops and pineapple slices until cooked with classic grill marks. Set aside.
Serve the chops and drizzle with the sweet and sour preparation. Serve with pineapple slices for garnish.
