Prepare this juicy and delicious pork loin with a herb and whole grain mustard crust, accompanied by a smooth mustard and honey sauce that makes the perfect combination. You can serve it with mashed potatoes or a side of rice, it will be a hit.
In a bowl, mix the salt with the oil, garlic, thyme, basil, rosemary, and whole grain mustard. Rub the pork loin with this mixture and cover it thoroughly.
Wrap the loin in aluminum foil and place it on a baking tray, bake for about 40 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and bake for 20 more minutes or until well cooked. Set aside.
