1 package American cheese, in slices (with 12 pieces)
sour cream, beef (500 milliliters)
spices, to cook the loin (whole pepper, clove, marjoram, cumin, garlic, onion, dried ginger, coriander seeds, and salt.) A pinch of each.

Put your whole loin to cook in a pressure cooker with all the mentioned spices. (Please follow the usage instructions for your pot). It cooks in a pressure cooker in 25 minutes and in a regular pot approximately 1 hour.
Once the loin is cooked, remove it and let it cool.
Strain the cooking broth and put it in a blender; mix with yellow cheese and cream until you get a not too thick sauce and set aside. (Adjust the seasoning of the sauce; you can add more cream or more yellow cheese to your liking)
Once your loin is cold, slice it and serve with the cheese sauce.
