Pork Loin with Yellow Cheese Sauce

A tasty and simple preparation of pork that can be served cold or hot; with the yellow cheese sauce, it tastes delicious.

  • 1 pork loin, whole, 1 to 1.5 kilograms
  • 1 package American cheese, in slices (with 12 pieces)
  • sour cream, beef (500 milliliters)
  • spices, to cook the loin (whole pepper, clove, marjoram, cumin, garlic, onion, dried ginger, coriander seeds, and salt.) A pinch of each.
  • 1 clove garlic

  • 2 liters water, for cooking

  • Put your whole loin to cook in a pressure cooker with all the mentioned spices. (Please follow the usage instructions for your pot). It cooks in a pressure cooker in 25 minutes and in a regular pot approximately 1 hour.
  • Once the loin is cooked, remove it and let it cool.
  • Strain the cooking broth and put it in a blender; mix with yellow cheese and cream until you get a not too thick sauce and set aside. (Adjust the seasoning of the sauce; you can add more cream or more yellow cheese to your liking)
  • Once your loin is cold, slice it and serve with the cheese sauce.
