5 tomatillos, in halves
3 serrano chiles
1/2 cups cilantro, only the leaves
1 clove garlic
1/2 onions
2 cups chicken bullion
salt
vegetable oil
1/2 kilos pork backbone, in pieces
1 1/2 cups fava beans, cooked and peeled
salt
pepper
1 cup beans, cooked, for serving

Blend the tomato, chiles, cilantro, garlic, onion, broth, and season with salt. Blend for 5 minutes until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Add the oil to a pot and fry the meat for 5 minutes or until it is golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the green sauce, the broad beans, and cook for 15 minutes. Set aside.
Serve on a cast iron skillet and accompany with black beans.
