Pork with Beans

Simple and economical dish for a daily meal. Delicious pork cooked with black beans and onion. Served with avocado, radish, cilantro, and habanero. It is a Mexican stew that will fascinate you with its flavor.

  • 3 liters water
  • 1/2 kilos black beans
  • 1 kilo pork leg, cut into large cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 radishes, sliced
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 limes, juice
  • 2 Habanero chiles, in slices
  • 2 avocados, sliced

  • In 2 liters of water, cook the beans with the meat and salt for approximately 1 1/2 hours, add the rest of the water and cook for 15 more minutes.
  • Mix the radishes with the onion, cilantro, habanero chili, and lime.
