Portobello Burger

  • 2 tablespoons Knorr® beef bouillon, granulated
  • 1 1/2 kilos ground beef, lean cut
  • 50 grams blue cheese
  • 1/2 red onions, finely chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoons black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 bunches parsley, finely chopped
  • 50 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 12 portobello mushrooms
  • 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons Hellmann's® real mayonnaise
  • 3 leaves escarole lettuce
  • 1 red beefsteak tomato, sliced

  • Season the meat with Knorr® Beef Flavor Broth. Add the blue cheese, onion, pepper, garlic, and parsley.
  • Form the burgers with 250 grams of the mixture and fry in a little oil on both sides until golden.
  • Cook the mushrooms on both sides in a skillet. Spread Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise on each portobello and place the burger on top, followed by lettuce, tomato slices, and finish with another portobello mushroom. Serve.
